The primary method employed to attain the Association’s mission and purpose is to provide a network for members so as to support the free exchange of information, experience and discoveries.
International Systemic Constellations Association
ISCA serves as a hub & holder of systemic constellation work in all its settings and applications, for present and future generations of constellators.
Systemic constellations are a way of working with issues within human systems.
Systemic constellation work has now spread to the far corners of the globe and new developments continue to emerge that excite and inspire all of us.
Our vision is to actively encourage the development of a dynamic and reflective consciousness within the constellation community.
Just like ISCA, this web site is re-designing itself. What you see here is the basic workable structure, retaining the same address, same name, same logo, together with all the features which enable membership and other administrative matters to run smoothly.
ISCA Board does not attempt to provide any all-encompassing definitions of Constellation Work (are there any anyway?), does not impose views about the past, present or future of Constellation Work.
We understand our task as holding this open space with its supporting legal, admin and technical structure for members, but also for anyone who belongs to the international constellation community, colleagues from other fields and general public - to fill it with contributions and supportive exchange. We want to give space to all the different voices, approaches and ideas.
So, apart from member listings, here we envisage:
• Listings of events
• Listings of (and partnerships with) associations from different countries
• Member contributions of your choice
• Training page, with curriculum suggestions
• Knowledge data base of resources from around the globe
Different interest committees are coming and we are calling you now to contact us through our contact page or via Board emails directly to express your interest in participating in any of the above mentioned. Members who have logged in can express their interest and submit their contributions and/or engage in discussions about topics listed on the Member-only FORUM interactive page on this website.
